Description

iTFE’s Certificate IV in Property services course will teach budding auctioneers, agent representatives and property service employees the vital skills necessary to take on their next challenge in the real estate industry. Our comprehensive training course is presented by Melbourne’s leading real estate educators and will give you the qualifications required to become a licensed real estate agent, auctioneer or property manager. During the course, you will learn the essentials of property management and finances, managing agency risk, legislation, sales, establishing and expanding your client base, marketing and auctioning techniques.
